Medical-grade skincare is designed with ingredient quality and performance in mind. These products are often formulated to support visible improvements in texture, clarity, and overall skin appearance with consistent use.
Many patients also appreciate the structure of a routine that’s easy to follow. When products are chosen carefully, you can avoid the trial-and-error cycle of buying items that don’t work well together or that irritate the skin.
At Thibodaux Regional Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic we keep recommendations straightforward. We’ll help you identify what your skin needs most, then choose products that support those priorities without overcomplicating your routine.
We offer a curated selection of Alastin® and ZO® Skincare products across essential daily steps and targeted support.
A skincare routine should feel manageable. Most patients do best with a simple structure: cleanse, treat, moisturize, and protect.
If you’re new to medical-grade skincare, starting slowly is often the most comfortable approach. One or two well-chosen products can make a noticeable difference over time, especially when daily sunscreen is part of the plan.
If you’re already using active ingredients like vitamin C, retinol, or exfoliators, we can help you layer products correctly and avoid combinations that can cause dryness or sensitivity.
Skincare is personal, and what works best depends on your skin type, sensitivity level, and how consistent you want your routine to be.
Patients often ask for help choosing products for goals such as:
If you’re not sure what to prioritize, we can help you choose a starting point and build from there.
At Thibodaux Regional Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic skincare recommendations are clear, practical, and grounded in medical standards. We’ll help you choose products you can use consistently for steady results over time.

Skincare products can stand on their own, and they can also support the results of in-office treatments by keeping the skin hydrated, protected, and more consistent between visits. Many patients use a home routine to maintain progress after services like injectables or SkinPen® Microneedling.
Skincare can also play a helpful role around surgical care. A well-built routine supports day-to-day skin quality before surgery and helps patients maintain their results long after recovery. We can recommend products that fit your timing and comfort level, including gentle cleansers, moisturizers, and sun protection that support healthy-looking skin throughout every stage of care.
